Let one lemming walk to the bricks on the left and block the other lemmings. When the lemmings walks back, stack some bricks in the middle of the pit and build stairs towards the exit. The mol will start spinning and create a corridor. Let one lemming pick up the spades and dig down and pick up the shimmier tool. Shimmier over the pit and pick up the bricks, walk back and platform over the gap. Now release the blocker.
