Make the first lemming walking left from the right entrance a blocker and build stairs towards the right exit with the first lemming walking right from the left entrance. Let it pick up the spades and walk back towards the left entrance, mark him and dig down towards the exit. Release the blocker and let it pick up the remaingin bricks, build stairs towards the right entrance and build stairs into the pit to release the lemmings.
