Let the first lemming bash through the head and block the other lemmings. Once through the head, build stairs. Bash a little as in the picture. When you're through you might have to build to stop bashing. Now build up (second stairs) if right you have to use two builders. Now bash through the last obstacle and build some last stairs. Do this at the right place. Now blow up the blocker.
